Upick Marketplace Trust Rules
Secure exchange policy

Upick protects the deal by controlling inspection, payment, and handoff. No bypass.

Upick Marketplace is not just a listing board. It is a protected exchange system where buyers place deposits, sellers approve inspections, contact stays protected, transactions close through Upick, and marketplace fees are deducted automatically.

πŸ”

Contact stays protected

Phone numbers, private addresses, direct payment handles, and outside contact information are not revealed before the protected process is active.

πŸ’³

Deposit before inspection

Buyers must place an inspection deposit before exact location, inspection code, or appointment details are unlocked.

πŸ“

Verified exchange

Inspections should happen through verified exchange points, partner yards, shops, dealer lots, or operator-assisted locations.

🚫

Bypass is prohibited

Using Upick to meet and then closing outside the platform can result in deposit forfeiture, account restriction, and listing removal.
